Essence 2013 is upon us

Well well well....The time has come for my favorite festival of all time-ESSENCE.

This post is so late, but here's a recap of my activities so far.

Day #1 (July 4 day event) I attended the 1st Annual Family Day Reunion in Woldenberg Park. Very HOT and humid, although I had a blast. Here's a few artist I had my eye on, unsuccessful with seeing Tweet, Gina Brown, and Biz Markie, BUT Cupid gave me life. :-)

 Night event- Oh BOY! If you don't know, now you know; I LOVE FANTASIA. OMG, when I heard she had a private event @ the HOB, I knew I had to get it. You could not purchase the tickets, instead you had to win them. My grams and mum stood in line for 3 hours, came back empty handed. One of my good friends (Tange) found someone who was selling it and BOOM I went forth. Raheem DeVaughn and Avant were showing their sexiness throughout the night while performing.

Day #3 (July 6)-  Seminars @ the Convention Center (Monyetta Shaw, Erica Campbell (# 1 fav artist MM), Trina and Traci Braxton, Al Sharpton, Roland Martin, Lil Mo, Monifah, Chanté Moore, Iyanla Vanzat (loveeeee her). Food, Fun, Freebies, ETC with the fam bam.

Now Day #4 (July 7) has arrived and all I'm going to say is Mrs. Carter........
